5 tips to start Meditation

The best time to start meditation is when the vibration is at their strongest. 13 March 2021 - New Moon in Pisces. These new moon hours are the most potent for manifesting and it's good to get in the habit of working within this 2 day time frame.

 

 

During a New Moon Ritual, it is usual to set intentions and focus on how you will manifest these intentions during the coming month. A dark New Moon is a very intimate and powerful ritual, so check what you really want before you make your requests to the universe. Full Moon: This is the time to let things go.

Trust when I say this: starting each day with meditation will help you release all the sh*t you don’t even realize you’re holding on to, and open your mind to its endless possibilities when you allow it. It helps you see the bigger picture, which can begin the phase of changing your life before your eyes.

    Meditation is for acceptance, forgiveness, and release. You’re creating your self, understanding, and learning to accept things for how they are.

    When you’re comfortable, begin to close your eyes.

    Imagine yourself being more calm, peaceful, focused

    If not, notice that your unconscious mind might reveal how you might do it…

    After you’ve done that, know it really can be this easy to create a little more peace and calm in your life.

    Take a breath for a moment…

    Listening to the sounds around you…

    Know that the answers are inside of you…

    After you’ve completed the meditation, write down any thoughts or ideas that are on your mind. You could have a life-altering plan in between, so be sure to write it all down.  

    I am also a firm believer that meditation comes from manifestation. Manifestation brings something tangible into your life through attraction and positive thinking. When you release the bullsh*t and negativity, you are able to make room for what’s new, creating the future you truly want and finally transforming your life into what you only imagined before.

    Hope these tips will be your kickstart to meditation. And results comes with practice. So try to start every morning with 5 a 7 minutes meditation for 1week.
